The agency telephone system allows you to enter an extension number , listen to the directory of names, or enter  the first three letters of  the last name of the employee you are calling. You may enter “O” any time during regular business hours to access an operator. Voice mail affords you the opportunity to leave a message when your party is not available. Business hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 to 4:30.
