Consumer Satisfaction Survey Summary 2009-2010
Consumer Satisfaction Data (using a 1-5 scale, 5 being the highest score)
Overall satisfaction on Family and Community Services was 4.47; Early Childhood was 4.37; Housing and Weatherization was 4.66; and Transportation was 4.56
Overall satisfaction for Sector 1 was 4.34; Sector 2 was 4.54; Sector 3 was 4.28, and Transportation was 4.89. Transportation ratings are somewhat confounded due to a separate collection of surveys from non-transportation consumers (transportation Sector scores on page 8), as well as surveys from identified transportation consumers (average 4.76). These survey ratings are all combined to form the overall Transportation ratings.
All ratings in all categories of service indicate very high levels of satisfaction. Read More....
Staff Satisfaction Survey Summary 2008-2009
Survey Distribution
The survey sampling process for staff involved distributing surveys to all staff (215) at one time. Surveys were distributed with employee paychecks. The tables below describe the overall survey distribution and return rates. In addition, this is the second year of using a newly designed survey, with many changes to the questions and categories. The overall category average for this year cannot be compared to overall category averages for previous years (2001-2006) since the content of the questions changed in 2006-07. For this reason, the data presented on the following pages is broken down by categorical data for the present year, with trends for the previous five years presented in a separate graph. Read More...
