Weatherization

SEK-CAP  Weatherization Services assist low and moderate income individuals and families obtain and maintain safe, affordable housing.
 
These programs also may help address the high cost of housing by such services as rental assistance and weatherization services to make homes more energy efficient.

To qualify for any of the services available, applicants must meet income guidelines and qualifications.
