There’s no commitment required until a program participant shows interest in your property. As a landlord participating in Section 8 or TBRA programs, you can actively advertise your participation, by listing your properties online or in local newspapers, and including phrases such as “Section 8 or TBRA accepted.”
We invite you to get your name added to SEK-CAP’s Landlord List. This list is shared with qualified program participants, boosting your property’s visibility to prospective renters. Simply complete and return the New Landlord Participation Form below to be added to the list.
When a family qualifies for assistance, they’ll receive a Voucher (Form HUD-52646) or a Coupon and start their search for a suitable property. And your property could be their new home. Get involved, and help provide affordable housing options for those in need in our community.
